Problema al cargar el formulario, la cuota ha sido superada

hola buenos días, tengo inconveniente para llenar los formularios establecidos si me pueden ayudar con esto por favor gracias , me dice que superado el numero de cuotas , me refleja un mensa form over quota

Now, coming back to your question, I can see that you're on Jotform Starter plan. For the Starter plan, you're limited to a total of 500 form submissions. If you exceed the limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, making room for new ones to be received. To understand your account usage and limits, please click here.

disculpa ,antes que nada por las molestias originas acabo de escribirte un nuevo hilo por que por este no podía escribir, mi cuenta era el plan plata, quisiera saber si se venció por que mi almacenamiento me decía que era ilimitado, disculpa de verdad tanta molestia si me podías ayudar , no hay problema yo usare el traductor, gracias de ante mano
