Now, coming back to your question, you can add a logo to your form. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, just below the Settings tab, click on Add Your Logo.

2. On the right panel, click on Upload File.

3. Select your image.

If you want to add images on other part of your form, you can use the Image form element. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.

2. Scroll down to Image.

3. Click/Drag to add Image into the form.

4. On the right panel, click on Choose a File and select your image.
