como crear un formulario de precargado con busqueda de foto

Buen día, hay alguna forma con como la opcion de pre-cargar que comple una casilla con una foto o imagen, asi como de ejemplo: busque el codigo de empleado y al colocarlo carga la informacion y la foto de la persona.
