    Hi jaii_b,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, this type of field is not yet available in Jotform. We only have the basic Dropdown and Dynamic Dropdown widget, however, these fields will not allow you to retrieve the information submitted in your form. Also, these fields can only be edited within the Form Builder. The only way to add a new record to the dropdown is to manually input the option into the dropdown field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Dropdown field.
    3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form. Then, go to Options tab and enter the options in the Options textarea.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
