I want to add an informed consent saved in pdf and an admission questionnaire in pdf

Quiero agregar un consentimiento informado guardado en pdf y un cuestionario de admision en pdf y que se me almacenen guardados para acceder a ellos cada vez que vienen a la cita por square para su servicio de laser y que firmen cada vez , como puedo hacerlo?

Thanks for waiting patiently. You can try sending a Signable Document which you can access anytime from the inbox. It’s easy to create a Signable Document. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Documents page and click on Create Sign Document.
2. Now, you can upload your own document, or you can use the Demo Document to test it out.
3. Then, you can add more documents, or you can just continue by clicking on the Create Signable Document button.
4. That will redirect you to the Sign Builder page.

After creating your document, you can let the system detect fields automatically by clicking on the Detect Fields button, or you can manually match your fields with elements by dismissing the pop-up message:
