Tabla Jotform: La columna de selección única no agrega el valor predeterminado

En la tabla Radicación de Servicios - Jotform Tables tengo una columna que dice "Estado Radicado" que siempre ha tenido por defecto el valor "En espera".

Sin embargo, desde hoy las nuevas entradas salen en blanco a pesar que la configuración de la columna no ha cambiado:

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:

It automatically adds the default value to the Single Selection column. Can you try manually removing the options and adding them again to see if the issue persists? Once done, set the default selected value off and on.

 If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
