Does submission data always remain on the Tables/Inbox page?

Buenas tardes,

Tengo dos consultas con respecto a la bandeja de entrada de mi formulario.

1. Cada vez que alguien llene un formulario, siempre queda en la bandeja de entrada? O en algún momento la bandeja queda vacía?
2. Entiendo que es posible crear varias pestañas, y me gustaría hacerlo para clasificar las respuestas según el estado de aprobación, pero no veo cómo hacerlo. (en teoría debería tener una opción para crear nueva pesteña al filtrar los envíos, pero no la veo, adjunto print screen en anexo)

Now, coming back to your question, all submission data will remain on your Tables/Inbox page as long you do not delete it unless, you have enabled the option Auto Delete Submissions on the Data page and Form setting. Here's how to do it:

How to enable Auto Delete Submissions in Data page:

1. In Data, click on Set Deletion Period.

2. Select your preferred Deletion Period.

3. Click on Next.

4. Click on Yes, Change All.

How to Enable Auto-Delete Submissions in Form Builder:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Show More Options.

3. Click on Enable on the right side of Enable Auto-Delete Submissions.

4. Select your preferred Deletion Period.

5. Click on Next.

6. Click on Yes, Update.
