    Estamos intentando pagar el servicio, pero no podemos procesar el pago, utilizamos la misma tarjeta del pago anterior, y tiene el cupo necesario.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your subscription, and it seems you had multiple attempts already to renew, but the process is being declined or refused by your bank. Please try to contact your bank to allow the transaction or use another card.
