No puedo registrar conversiones en anuncios de Google

Hola, les escribo porque estoy intentando cualificar leads para mis campañas de Google Ads, pero no consigo que las conversiones se registren correctamente en la plataforma Google Ads. He probado distintas maneras.. se registran correctamente en GA4, pero no puedo verlas en la plataforma. Esto solo me ocurre con los formularios de Jotform ya que con otros proveedores no he tenido problema

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
2. Click the Thank You Page option on the left side.
3. Choose Redirect to an External Link.
4. Enter your Google Ads conversion tracking code.

You can use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track form submissions as custom events and goals. This method requires you to get the source code of your Jotform and embed it on your website to set up a GTM account and add the GTM code to your form code. You also need to configure your Google Analytics account to track conversions.
