No recibo todas las respuestas del formulario a mi correo electrónico

    esque pasa que tengo un formulario de menos de 100 campos en la version gratuita pero no me esta llegando todas las respuestas a mi correo, que estará pasando?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question, I understand that you're not getting an email for some submissions made to your form. I checked our email logs and I saw that we sent you an email for the 2 submissions made to your form. Can you please check your spam email to see if the emails went there? I would also suggest adding noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list to prevent your email provider from blocking emails from Jotform.

    However, if you're referring to the incomplete content of the notification email, you'll just have to delete the old notification email template and add a new one. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
    • On the left panel, click Emails.
    • Hover over to the Notification Email template and then click the Trash icon.
    • After that, click the Add Email button to create a new Notification Email template.
