How to share and collaborate on the form submission table with my users and allow them to download submission data?

Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to share and collaborate on your submission tables in Jotform Tables, you may do so by sharing the tables with coworkers or others in your organization to help manage your form data or download the data.  Here's how to share it:

1. Click the Share button at the top-right side of the Jotform Tables.
2. In the Share Table window, click the Share Settings button.
3. Scroll down to the Apply Limitations section, and check the Show Print button and Show Download button checkboxes.
4. Click the Go Back button, and copy the link and share it with your users or use the Invite by Email feature.
