Account still shows overlimit after deleting submission data

    Necesito continuar con mismo paquete y borrar la informacion de los formularios necesarios para continuar con actual paquete, no deseo subir de paquete, de lo contrario cancelare todo el servicio de no ser posible.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. I have recalculated your account limit and cleared your form cache. You should not see the overlimit message now.
