Hello jmkinversiones,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Please note that the Kiosk mode option is only available on our Jotform mobile App. In order to activate the Kiosk mode, you have to download the Jotform Mobile app on your phone. Let me show you how to set up the Kiosk Mode on your Jotform Mobile App:
1. In App Builder, click on the Form.
2. In the list of options, click on Kiosk Mode.
This will open some additional settings you can use in the Kiosk mode. You can use the settings or just click on Launch Kiosk Mode.
All the submission data will be saved to your device and then later sent to your Inbox once you have an internet connection.
For more information you can check out How to Use Kiosk Mode in Jotform Mobile Forms guide.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello jmkinversiones,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Spanish Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, I answered your other question on a new thread. You can go ahead and check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
