Now, coming back to your question, I moved your Evaluación de Postulaciones form (81237171747661) and all its data to the account associated with the email address you provided. Note that the custom URL of a form, if active, will update with the new account owner's username when the form is moved to another account. The new account owner can share the updated custom URL with their respondents. They can open the form in Form Builder and copy it under the Publish tab.
