Hojas de cálculo al widget de formulario: agregar campo desplegable

Hola, soy ivan. Tengo una necesidad en un formulario necesito que cuando una persona se seleccione de una lista de colaboradores aparezcan opciones de elementos que están a nombre de esa persona los cuales vendrán de una base de datos en Excel.

Si lo que necesitas es llenar tu formulario con valores de una hoja de Excel, puedes usar el widget Hoja de cálculo a formulario.  Así puedes conectar una hoja de cálculo de Excel que usarías como base de datos para llenar los campos que especifiques. Es sencillo, te enseño como:

1) En el Creador de Formularios, da clic en Agregar Elemento.

2) Bajo la pestaña de Widgets, escoge Hoja de cálculo a formulario.

3) En la Configuración del widget, carga tu archivo desde Excel, escoge la columna que usarás como código para precargar el formulario.

Now, coming back to your question, it is possible to prefill your dropdown field from your spreadsheets. Just make sure to add the options inf your dropdown, and it matches the ones saved in the Spreadsheets. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the Dropdown field.
2. From the Options tab, enter the options ind the Options box.

Now, in the Spreadsheets, input the correct option for each respondent.
