    Buenas tardes, en los diferentes fomularios hemos utilizado el correo de respuesta no-reply@asipi.org Sin embargo, el dia de ayer recibimos un correo de parte de ustedes diciendo lo siguiente:

    Error on your SMTP configuration

    Due to a recent issue, your configured SMTP email address noreply@asipi.org encountered errors. As a result, the sender address has been temporarily switched to noreply@jotform.com.

    Log in to your Jotform account to correct your SMTP configuration and update the sender address on your related forms.


    Y cuando se intenta agregar genera el siguiente error: Ocurrió un error

    Las credenciales SMTP son válidas y hemos probado con SSL y TLS en los diferentes puertos obteniendo el mismo resultado. Que debemos hacer en ese caso?

    Hi eezozaya,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I can only assume that you already double-checked your SMTP credentials before contacting us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I’ll do my best to help you. The custom sender email you created through SMTP may get disabled temporarily if the configuration isn't set correctly. As a result, it may switch to our default sender email address, noreply@jotform.com. You can contact your email service provider to check for any errors they may have on their logs and gather information on how you may fix them. Also, if you have any other email address you can set as a custom sender email via SMTP to test the issue, you may try to do so.

    Give it a try and if you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
