Product List Stock Inquiry

Otra: productos/existencia : hay alguna manera de que en productos la existencia que se le ofrece al cliente para que seleccionar se vaya modificando acorde a la existencia real? ejemplo: en la actualidad ofrece de 1 a 10 , pero hay un stock de 5, el cliente selecciona 6 y el sistema le responde que solo tiene 5.. se puede lograr que ofrezca solo 5 y no de 1 a 10?

Now, coming back to your question, when you enable the Stock option on your Product and a user buys some, the Quantity of the Product will automatically be adjusted on the remaining stock. Meaning, that the users won't be able to select a quantity higher than the stock available. Check out the screencast below for the result:

As you can see on the screencast, the initial stock was 10. After I selected 4 and submitted it, the second time I tried selecting the quantity, it was adjusted to 6, which is only the available stock. That's it. How to Enable and Manage Product Stock in Payment Fields

Thank you for your explanation.

I did follow your instructions and it worked with only a product, but it didn't work with a product that has different options and stock.

For example: a product has options like color, price and different stock quantities.

1 - t-shirt = color red = stock 5 / color green = stock 8 / color black = stock = 6

so, if a client chooses color green 3, the stock of the green adjusts at 2 (behind the scenes) but in the drop-down menu, it still shows that another could buy 5 instead of showing in that option only 2.

Let me know if I should adjust the settings differently.

Thanks for getting back to us. When you configure a product with different options of stock, you can also configure them as a sub-products for every other product option. This way you can manage different stocks for every product option and allow users to select different options simultaneously. Let me show you how:

• On Form Builder, select the product list and go to the product list settings by clicking on the shopping cart icon or the magic wand icon.
• Click on the pencil icon on the side of the product to open the settings of the product and go to the Options tab.
• Activate the option to create a sub-product from options, then go back to the product list settings page and go to the Stock tab on the right side.
• Set the stock number for each product option and save the changes.

Entiendo lo que tú explicas, pero no es lo que necesito.

Quisiera que en el menú desplegable muestre la cantidad real de stock de cada opción, que no despliegue todo del 1 al 10 por ejemplo, si en stock había 10, compraron 5, que muestre en menú desplegable del 1 al 5 y no que si eligen 6 unidades muestre al lado un pop up que solo quedan 5 unidades.

Es esto posible?

Unfortunately, this is not possible using the Product List element. You can only achieve this using the Ticket Purchase Widget or Gift Registry widget.

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for the Ticket Purchase Widget or Gift Registry Widget and add it to your form.
