Desde hace unos años, nos encontramos que mandamos la encuesta de calidad a nuestros clientes mediante un enlace y el nivel de respuestas es muy bajo, es por esa razón que no planteamos que incrustarlo en el mail sería mejor, pero nos comentasteis que no lo recomendabais.
Nos podríais ayudar a encontrar la mejor forma de confeccionar la encuesta, para aumentar el % de respuestas?
