Hi ASPSLRC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Cloning a form would automatically clone the Submission Table, but the submission data will not be copied. Let me show you How to Clone an Existing Form:
1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.
But, if your goal is to copy the submission data, you can go to your Submission Table copy the submissions, and paste it to any external platforms like Excel. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, select the Form that you want to copy the submission data of, and click on Submissions from the navigation bar.
- Once you are on the Submission Table, press the CTRL + Shift keys on your keyboard while selecting the data you want to copy.
- Finally, right-click on your mouse and click on Copy.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from them, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hi ASPSLRC,
Thanks for getting back to us. I apologize for the confusion on your question. Can you explain it a bit more? Especially this statement, "Currently, I need to clone that view 27 times. With this, I will only change the filters and I will have 28 independent views but all with the same format".
Are you trying to clone this specific tab 27 times in the same tables?
If so, unfortunately, that is not possible. But, if that is not what you are referring to, please tell us more about your question.
Once we have a better understanding of the problem, we can come up with a solution.

Hi ASPSLRC,
Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to create filtered submission tables for different forms in one Jotform Table. If yes, you can set up that easily. Let me show you how:
1. Go to your My Tables page and click on Create Table on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Start From Scratch.
3. In Jotform Tables, click on Add Tab. When the window appears, select Table View.
4. In the window, click on Connect to Form and choose either your Daily Drawer Open form or Daily Drawer Close form, then click Next.
5. Select the form fields you want to be displayed in Table View, and click the Create button.
6. On the new tab, filter your submissions based on Answer Selection.
7. Choose the Filter button and click on Choose a Field, then select a field to filter.
8. Fill in (or select) the value to filter in the third input box and click on Apply Filter.
9. Rename the tab to something that clearly indicates the type of submissions are filtered there.
10. Click on the Three Dots icon, and then choose Rename from the dropdown menu.
Repeat steps 3 to 10 to create a new tab for each dropdown field option of your forms.
And that's it. Check out my results in the screenshots below:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Reach out again if you need any more help.

Hi ASPSLRC,
Thanks for getting back to us with additional information. I understand that you want to clone the table you created named SLRC TABLERO DE GESTION. Unfortunately, cloning this is not possible. You will need to manually create a new tab and connect it to the other tables again. This would mean that you will need to repeat the process multiple times.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
