Hola buen día, no puedo configurar mi correo como remitente en este sitio. Ya hable a la empresa donde tenemos el dominio contratado y me dicen que ustedes me deben ayudar pues no saben que información se debe poner o como deshabilitar SSL.

Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about the issue configuring your email so we can help you with it? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
