    se ha bloqueado nuestra cuenta, somos una asociacion sin animo de lucro y estamos utilizando la plataforma para el registro de los socios, logicamente se pide el numero de cuenta

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulario de registro de sociosthat’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields. Please see the screenshot below for the offending field:

    In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

    Please give me some time to delete the offending field, so I can reactivate your account. I'll keep you posted on this thread once I have an update.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the only way for your account to be re-activated is for us to review the form and delete the offending field/s on our end. No worries, I already reached out to the Relevant Team so they can review your form and re-activate your account. We'll keep you posted on this thread once I have an update.

    Thanks for patiently waiting while we look into this. I received a response from the Relevant Team. They were able to remove the offending field, and with that, your account is now re-activated. To avoid account suspension, please follow our Terms of Use.
