Tengo un formulario creado que ha recibido 35 votos quiero usar el mismo formulario y que empiece desde cero la votación.

Now, coming back to your question, I assume you want to separate the new set of submission data on that form. If that's the case, I can recommend to clone the form. If you clone the form, it will have a new form URL and it's own Submission Tables. Let me show you how to clone the form:

1. On the My Form Page, select the form your want to clone
2. On the right side, click on More
3. On the pop-up menu, click Clone. It'll open the Form Builder so you can make necessary changes before publishing the new form.
