Now, coming back to your question. About your request, I have moved the form to the mentioned email address. You should now be able to see the form in that account now. Please note, that if the form is using a custom URL it will not work temporarily due to the account change. You will need to manually set it up again. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button. 
4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

Now, your form link will look like the one below:

https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
