How to replace the English words for edit link and pdf link in Notification/Autoresponder email?

Buenas!
En nuestros correos incluimos siempre {edit_link} y {pdf-link}.
Estos atajos generan enlaces que automaticamente se enmascaran como : Download Submission PDF y Edit Submission, ambos en idioma Ingles.
Nuestros usuarios hablan en español y prefeririamos que esa parte del correo de la indicación en español.
¿Es posible enmascarar de alguna manera esos atajos? ¿Podría ser talvez mediante algún código o facilitandonos el CSS de la mascara actual?

Now, coming back to your question, you can use the link: https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id} for edit link and the link: https://jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id}&formID={replace with form ID} for PDF download link when creating a hyperlink. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

3. Hover your cursor over the Notification/Autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Go to Email Content and add a Spanish word.

5. Select the newly added Spanish word and click on the Hyperlink icon.

6. Use the appropriate link provided above and click on OK.

7. Click on Save.

Regarding the form ID for the PDF download link, it is the list of numbers at the end of your form URL. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.

2. Copy the form ID at the end of the form URL.

Despues de algunas pruebas lo pudimos hacer funcionar.

Importante, el reemplazo de: {replace with form ID}. Debe incluir tambien los signos: {}. Caso contrario, da error.

There is no need to include the curly braces for the form ID. Here's an example: https://jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id}&formID=1234567890.

Me reporta un colaborador que no puede descargar desde ese enlace-

Le remite el siguiente error:


¿Cerré el usuario y me pasa lo mismo, es decir, solo puede descargar desde ese enlace el usurio administrador? ¿Hay forma de habilitarlo para colaboradores como funciona  {pdf-link} ?

You will have to disable the Security setting, Require log-in to see submissions. on this page as shown in the screenshot to allow anyone to allow anyone access to the download link of the PDF file.
