Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. That email address is no longer on the bounce list. You can use your SMTP to send the emails to prevent email delivery issues. Also let us know what email address is not receiving the emails, so we can check the specific issue with the delivery.

Thanks for using Jotform. I'm sorry that you're having trouble with this. I have already proceeded to remove both of the email addresses you shared from the bounce list, and they should be able to receive emails from Jotform again.
