Sobre Hoja de cálculo a formulario

Hola,

Estoy haciendo unas pruebas en un formulario utilizando la hoja de claculo a formulario.

Subo el archivo excel que quiero utilizar y visualizar en el form pero no sucede nada, traté de buscar información de ayuda al respecto pero no la encontré, el archivo contiene la siguiente información:

el cliente deberia llenar la cantidad que requiere de cada producto y nosotros recibir la información.

Es posible lograrlo?

Now, coming back to your question, did you verify if the Google Spreadsheet file is correctly formatted and accessible? You should also double-check the integration settings to ensure everything is configured properly. Also, test the integration with a different Google Spreadsheet file to see if the issue persists.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

The excel file is in my computer, I don't have a google spreadsheet.

Para ser claro, lo que nosotros queremos cargar un archivo excel/microsoft que esta en nuestra computadora (no un Google spreadsheet) hicimos eso siguiendo las instrucciones del widget pero no se visualiza en el formulario. Podría explicarnos como lograrlo?

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and I see that you are referring to the Spreadsheet to Form widget. The widget has requirements and limitations for it to work. Here are some limitations and key points you should be aware of:

• The widget requires XLS or XLSX files; it won’t accept any other format.
• The unique code on your sheet doesn’t necessarily need to be on the 1st column. You can place it anywhere for as long as you configure the widget with the respective column index (more on this later).
• The unique code is case-sensitive.
• The column names on your sheet should match the field labels on your form.

For example, if your form fields were labeled like this:

Then, the column names on your sheet should be labeled the same.

• The arrangement of the form fields on your form won’t matter, even if you have other fields in between. What’s important is to ensure that the form field labels and spreadsheet column names match.
• The widget only supports the following form elements:
• Full Name
• Email
• Time
• Short Text
• Long Text
• Dropdown
• Single Choice
• Multiple Choice
• Scale Rating
• Star Rating

When the unique code is correct, the values inside the fields to be populated will be cleared and replaced by the values fetched from the spreadsheet.
