ESP - Apreciado asistente de Jotform,
Le escribo desde el equipo del Festival Panoràmic, un festival de artes visuales que tiene lugar en Catalunya (España) de forma anual, centrado especialmente en la relación entre el cine, la fotografía y otras narrativas visuales contemporáneas.
Nos ponemos en contacto con ustedes debido a que últimamente estamos teniendo problemas con algunos formularios, y necesitaríamos saber qué incluye exactamente el plan que tenemos contratado. Nos da la sensación de que existe algún problema con los correos electrónicos que hay notificados en el plan contratado. ¿Es posible saber qué incluye nuestro plan a través de nuestro NIF? Se lo compartimos con esta intención: NIF: B64005911.
También agradeceríamos saber qué correos constan en el plan.Muchas gracias.

I am writing to you from the team of the Panoràmic Festival, a visual arts festival that takes place in Catalonia (Spain) on an annual basis, focused especially on the relationship between film, photography, and other contemporary visual narratives.
We are contacting you because lately, we are having problems with some forms, and we would like to know what exactly is included in the plan we have contracted. We have the feeling that there is some problem with the emails that are notified in the contracted plan. Is it possible to know what our plan includes through our NIF (tax identification number)? We share it with this intention: NIF: B64005911.
We would also appreciate to know which emails are included in the plan.Thank you very much.

Hi Isa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, your account is a Starter (Free) account. You can review your account usage and limits on this page. For more information, check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. As for the email issue, are you referring to not receiving a Notification email? If yes, I have reviewed the account email address and currently, it is not on our Bounce List. Could you try deleting and creating a new Notification email? Here's how to do it:
Delete and Create Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Hover your cursor on the Notification email and click on the trash icon to delete it.
- Click on Add an email.
- Click on the Notification email.
- Click Save.
As an additional measure, I have cleared your form cache.
