Muchas gracias!

    Hi Juan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, to clarify, we have over 1000 Registration Form templates that you can check out. To clarify your other question, do you want to limit one submission per seller? If yes, you can enable the Unique Submission feature, which limits one submission per cookie or IP address, or enable the Unique Field to restrict the same email address from doing multiple submissions. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar in the upper part of the page.
    2. Under Form Settings, scroll down to see the Unique Submission dropdown. Select Check cookies and IP address from the dropdown list.
    3. If you want to restrict multiple submissions from the same email address, select Email from the Unique Field dropdown.

As for your other question about integrating two forms with Google Spreadsheet, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here. If the guide I provided above is not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
