Notification emails do not arrive

    estoy creando un flujo de aprobacion y no estan llegando los correos de aprobacion ni notificaciones

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email logs, and can see that email notifications are consistently being sent to the email address you're using now. Check your spam or junk folder, if you can't see the emails on your inbox. Also add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact lists and whitelist Jotform's common domain names on this page.
