Buenas noches, solicito por favor su ayuda, ya que en varios formularios se ha programado el envío de correos electrónicos y vinculado los envíos a las hojas de cálculo de Google y tras el diligenciamiento de los formularios los correos no llegan a sus destinos y/o las hojas de cálculo no se actualizan, haciendo que en varias ocasiones se pierde información y oportunidades de negocio.
Por favor necesito una revisión y alternativa ante esta situación constante que genera un gran inconveniente y perdida.
Un caso específico de esto de lo sucedido con el formulario de inscripción ahijado el cual el día 16 de mayo fue diligenciado en varias oportunidades y las personas informan no haber recibido los correos y Así mismo al revisar la hoja de cálculo vinculada a esto no existe ningún envío según esto, sin embargo, al revisar la papelera correspondiente al formulario se encuentran que dichos envíos sí fueron realizados, se anexan pantallazos

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I've cleared your account's form cache. Can you go ahead and try submitting your form and let us know how it goes? I checked your account's mail logs and didn't find any failed email attempts. You can also check your account's email history and we have a guide here explaining how to do that.
I also noticed that the sender email set for the email autoresponders on your form is a custom email address set up through SMTP. This means that your email alerts are being sent from your email service provider's server and we suggest that you check the status of the emails that were not sent with them.
As for the submissions not sent to the Google Spreadsheet integrated with your form, you can give us a list of the submission IDs of those submissions so we can check them. Check out this guide about how to find the ID of your form submissions.

Procederé a revisar en detalle la situación con los correos electrónicos la cual es constantemente manifestada, sin embargo, a continuación anexo algunos de los ID que no aparecen, son muchísimos más, sin embargo, les pido a ustedes revisar en detalle, ya que la situación sucede en diferentes formularios y en promedio el 30% de los envíos que se hacen no aparecen registrados en la hoja de cálculo de Google o aparecen en la hoja de cálculo de Google y no en el reporte de envíos que ustedes generan, lo anterior genera grandes inconvenientes que hacen inviable hacer el uso del servicio ofrecido por ustedes, agradezco su pronta respuesta y quedo atento a sus comentarios.

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I’ll do my best to help you. I pushed the missing submissions on your form to the Google Spreadsheet is integrated with. It says 32 missing submissions were successfully sent. Can you check if the submissions that were sent are correct?
- It is important to note that we do not recommend manually updating the Google Spreadsheet because that could break the integration. As a workaround to that, you can reintegrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. Let me show you how to do it:
- 1In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Google Sheets integration.
- Then, click on Remove Integration, and then Yes, Remove!
Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again. It's important to remember that if you choose to create a new spreadsheet, the integration will create a new spreadsheet with a different link. And, if you use an existing spreadsheet, even if you select the same spreadsheet and use the same worksheet name as before, it will create a new worksheet in the existing spreadsheet.
- In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
- In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
- Now, select and connect your Google account.
- Select an option.
- Choose your form fields.
- Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
