Si me suscribo hoy el mes es hasta el 15 de junio, necesito crear una votación los días 5 al 10 de junio.

Se puede usar el mismo formulario para varias votaciones.

Now, coming back to your question, do you only need the subscription for 1 month? If yes, you cancel your subscription so it will no longer renew. If you upgrade today then your account limit is increased while the subscription is active. If you upgrade to Bronze, then you'll be able to collect 1000 monthly submissions until June 15. You can collect multiple entries from different users on the same form. Simply share the Form URL with the users. Let me show you how to get that:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. You’ll immediately see the link. Click on Copy link button to copy it. Then you can share it to your users.
