FLUJOGRAMA DE APROBACIONES

Tengo un formulario que esta con adiccion de los campos en PDF, y este esta divido en 3 partes quisiera saber si lo puedo registrar como un flujo grama de aprobaciones pero que cada una de de estas 3 partes lo puedo editar con respuesta llenando el pdf

Parte 1 Datos de la persona que solicita el servicio

Parte 2 Datos de solucion por parte de un proveedor que le pueda llegar este formlaurio lo revise y lo reenvie

Parte 3 Cierre de la solicitud con cierre.

Esto lo podre hacer con el flujograma de aprobaciones

Now, coming back to your question, you can easily allow approvers to edit submissions and fill their own fields in the form, for this, you can add the edit submission URL in the approval email. The approver can open the edit submission link and fill in its fields.

• Go to the Approval Builder section, and click on the gear icon to open Approval properties.
• Click on Edit email to add an edit submission link to the email body

In the Approval email popup, click on Form Fields and add an edit link in the email.

You can then add multiple Approval elements in the approval flow so that the submission can be approved/edited by multiple people. Check out this guide about How to Create Multistep Approvals in Jotform Approvals.
