Buenas, estamos presentando falla al momento de realizar los registros de los formularios, demora mucho al momento de realizar el envio del registro, anexo captura del mensaje que muestra.

Now, coming back to your question. Are you referring to this form? I tested the form through a clone but could not replicate the issue.
I checked your form and it seems the Google Maps API key is empty on your form. Please make sure to update the Google Maps API key on the Geolocation widget:
