How to lift suspension on the account

    Hola buenas tardes, intente ingresar a mi cuenta y me aparece que mi cuenta fue suspendida, pero se me hace extraño, ya que en la mañanqa cambie mi contraseña y me llego un correo que mi contraseña fue cambiada.

    Ayuda por favor!!!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and the form was suspended because the form Registro has fields asking for the Username and Password, which is not allowed according to our Terms of use. Before we can reactivate the account we would need to delete the offending fields. Please get back to us with your confirmation.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hola buenos días, si esta bien, puede borrar los campos infractores, pero tengo un comentario al respecto. No deben de existir infracciones por esos campos ya que por algo se pueden usar dentro de la aplicación y aparte Jotform nos da esos formulario para que podamos guardar el usuario y la contraseña, así que porfavor debe eliminar ese apartado de guarda usuario y contraseña.

    Hola buenas tardes, hace un tiempo cree un formulario donde te pide ingresar un nombre de usuario y una contraseña, pero ese mismo día me bloquearon mi cuenta y me dijeron que era porque no se podía meter un nombre de usuario y tampoco contraseña, pero tengo la duda si se puede poner algo parecido.

    Pero en vez de nombre de usuario y contraseña se puede usar el nombre real y un código?
