Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can integrate your forms with Google Sheets to automatically forward your form entries to your spreadsheet. New form data will be sent to your spreadsheet instantly so you and your team can view and analyze it right away. You can then search for the information in your spreadsheet. Here's how to integrate your form with Google Sheets:
- In Form Builder, click Settings at the top.
- Go to the Integrations tab on the left.
- Select and authenticate Google Sheets.
- Choose whether to create a new spreadsheet or use an existing one.
- Specify the spreadsheet and worksheet to use.
- Choose the form fields to send to Google Sheets and save your configuration.
