Diferencia entre las de configuración Enterprise Data Centers y Centro de Datos RGPD

Hola,

Me gustaría saber qué diferencia existe entre las opciones de configuración "Enterprise Data Centers" y "Centro de Datos RGPD".

Necesito que los datos estén alojados dentro de la Unión Europea, pero la opción "Enterprise Data Centers" me confunde. ¿Qué plan incluye el almacenamiento de datos dentro de la Unión Europea?

En la captura que adjunto, puedo marcar la opción "Guardar mis datos solo en Europa (Alemania)". Pero también aparece más arriba "Monks Corner, South Carolina, USA" ¿Dónde se almacenan los datos?
