    Hi {username},

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, your Jotform account will be logged out after a long period of inactivity, and if the Access Settings of the form you're working on is set to Private, you'll be asked to sign in to Jotform again to re-access the form. But, can you share the URL of the form you're referring to so we can confirm if that's the case? It'll also help if you can share screenshots of the page where you're being asked to enter your account email address, let me show you how to share screenshots with us:

    1.  Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.Form requires sign in after a period of inactivity Image 1 Screenshot 40

Let us know if you need any more help.
