Feature Request: The option to disable the form at 23:59 instead of 23:45

Estamos ubicados en Colombia pero solicito desactivar un formulario a las 14 de mayo 2024 a las 11:59 pm pero el formulario solo me permite desactivar el formulario el día 14 de mayo 2024 a las 11:45 pm pero me me sirve la hora tiene que ser a las 11:59 pm de Colombia
