Buen día, les saluda Luciana Sánchez parte de Yape, FinTech peruana. He creado un formulario que estará publicado a la base de 15 millones de clientes. Por lo que es probable que me sobrepase de 10 000 respuestas correspondientes a mi cuenta Oro. En caso más personas llenen el registro ¿Jotform conserva sus respuestas? Y luego podría pagar por las respuestas extras .
¿O el formulario se cierra en automático? Y no se conservan las respuestas
Me podrían ayudar con ello por favor. Me da miedo perder respuestas de clientes.

Now, coming back to your question, Currently, it is not possible to purchase a specific limit for an account. If you exceed the monthly submission limit of your plan, your forms will be disabled and the succeeding users can no longer fill it out.
You need to upgrade to Enterprise if the limits of the Gold account are not sufficient for your requirements. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- On your My Forms page, click on Enterprise on the upper-right side of the page.
- Then, on the upper-right side of the next page, click on Contact Sales.
- Fill out the form, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.

Hi, what I will do is to enable a form linked to a section of the app, so I will only make one submission of the link.
However, I'm still wondering about the difference between "Submissions per month (10k)" and "Total submissions storage (100k)". Which of these features records the number of responses to all my forms? This way I will be able to know if I have a limit of 10k or 100k responses per month. Please help me with that differentiation.
"K" is the abbreviation for thousands. Please find attached the functionalities of my subscription

Hello Luciana,
Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that while you can display multiple forms in an app, the only way to record the data is to click on the form's submit button. So, if the user needs to fill out two forms, they need to submit twice and this would be counted as two submissions. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread.
