Here's how to Create a Visual Report With Your Form Submissions:

• Go to Report Builder and choose a Report Type.
• For this example, I chose Compact Report. This will automatically generate a report based on the submissions.
• When you click on a chart and click the gear icon on the right, you'll then be able to change its Chart Type. And that's it.
