How to check my form submissions?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to know how to view who filled out the form. Once the form is submitted you can check the form response in the Submission Tables.

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
