Hola. Este año se renovó mi suscripción, pero quiero que ya no se renueve el próximo año. ¿Cómo puedo cancelarlo?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in Spanish using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Regarding your concern, I see that you are subscribed through PayPal. You can log in to your PayPal account and cancel from there. Note that since you already paid for this year, you can still the service until the period you paid for. Check out this guide on how to cancel your PayPal subscription to Jotform.
