Buenas tardes.

Hi Marco,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I apologize for any confusion, but I'm having trouble fully understanding your concern. For us to assist you better, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Jemuel,
Thanks for answering. I tell you. I followed the instructions (it´s simple steps), which appear in this video guide led by Jorge:
. As it says in the video guide, I selected my form, clicked on "reports", clicked on "add new report and chose "rss list". I copied and pasted the link provided by jotform in rss app and it said "rss app wasn´t abble to find any posts. Please tray using Rss Builder to create your feed", and so I did, without success. I did this several times with the same result. I even went through the settings, turning on and off enabling "form accessibility". I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for the help

Hi Marco,
Thanks for waiting. I was trying to evaluate your RSS report link and noticed that the data is getting barred by your account's security settings. When opening the RSS feed URL using an incognito version of your browser, this is what I see:
This is also the reason why rss.app is not picking up any data. To fix this you need to disable the Require log-in to see submissions setting in your account. Here's how to do it:
- Click your avatar on the top-right
- Select Settings in the menu
- On the left panel, select Security
- Under Privacy, uncheck Require log-in to see submissions
After this, you can try pasting again the RSS feed URL in rss.app and it should be able to pick up the submission data that you have received.
Let us know if you have more questions or need more help.
