Hola buenas tenemos un formulario compartido que al final del envío aparece esta verificación, me parece raro porque no la he activado.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if the form is receiving multiple submissions in a small amount of time on the same IP or network, then the reCaptcha/spam protection will be automatically activated even if you don't have reCaptcha widgets on your form. Try to use a different internet connection or ISP, then try to submit the form again.

claro de una misma red se mandan de 5 a 10 certificados en un día y unos 4 en un periodo menor a una hora, existe la posibilidad, de aumentar este rango o desactivar el recaptcha?

Thanks for getting back to us. It's not Jotform that's putting the captcha on your forms. The captcha field is automatically being added by your browser. You can try to use a different browser, or internet network. We can also whitelist an account to help with the reCaptcha, but that's only available for paid accounts. Consider upgrading to any of the paid plans, then let us know here once you've done it, so we can whitelist your account.
