Se borran los registros del Excel

    Buenas tardes,


    Ya es la segunda vez que contratamos su aplicación para la inscripción de los Casales que hacemos en verano.

    El archivo excel donde van a parar los datos lo tenemos en nuestro Drive pero nos hemos dado cuenta que si añadimos filas en el excel o lo manipulamos cuando entran nuevos registros se borra alguno antiguo.


    Nos podrian ayudar por favor?

    Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? When you mentioned that you added rows to the data, are we referring to adding rows through Jotform Tables or through the Excel file in the Drive?

    It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot of where the issue is happening and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
