Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can update the email address and password for your account in the account settings. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top right side of the page.
2. In the list that pops up, click on Settings.
3. Under the Account tab, click on Edit on the right side of the information you want to update and follow the instructions that come after.
Note: To reset the password of your account, you would need to click on the Reset Password link.
