Comprobar valor único de campo por tiempo limitado

Estimados,

Quisiera saber si existe la posibilidad de comprobar valor único de campo por un tiempo limitado, pero dependiendo de la fecha de entrada de cada uno de los casos. Pongo un ejemplo:

La persona 1 envía su formulario indicando el ID 123 en el campo "Indica tu ID" el día 01/05/24, por lo tanto esta persona no podrá responder el formulario nuevamente hasta el 01/06/24, dado que se reconocerá su ID como campo duplicado cada vez que lo intente antes de esa fecha.

La persona 2, hace el mismo ejercicido, pero con el ID 234 el día 15/05/24. Mientras la primera persona podrá enviar una segunda respuesta el 01/06/24, esta segunda persona no lo podrá hacer sino hasta el 15/06/24.

¿Es posible hacer esto?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and noticed that you are using the ID field for the unique field. As per your case, you can create a unique field for both the date, email address, and the used ID. So, it can't be selected twice on the same day for the same person. But it can be selected by two different persons. Let me show you how we can do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, add a Date Picker element to your form.
3. Click on the Gear icon to open the Date Picker Properties.
4. Under the Options tab, select Current under the Default Date.

Now, you can add a short text to apply the calculation and pass the current date, email, and ID:

• In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
• Now, use the Update/Calculate Field element to create conditional rules for the Unique Field.

Set the new Unique field as the Unique field in your form settings and Check out the results of test submissions below:

You can hide the new fields by selecting them and clicking on Hide at the top of the page:
