Hi Rolando,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, going back to your question, you can use the Update/Calculate Field Condition for this. Let me show you how to do it:
1. Add a Multiple Choice element and a Short Text element.
2. Let's add conditions. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
3. On the left side panel, click on Conditions, then +Add Condition.
4. Select Update/Calculate Field.
4. Copy the condition below and click on Save when you're done. This condition is when A is selected and the score would be 1.
5. Do the same thing if B is selected. Here's the condition:
6. Add these two conditions for when they selected the correct/wrong answers:
And that's it. Here's a sample result:
Here's also my demo form which you can clone and check.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
