Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish , let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, when I tried to access my account on the Jotform Mobile Forms App, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Also, on what device are you having this issue? If you can take a screenshot, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. You can also record what is happening and share with us the video that will help us to better understand what’s going on.

Hi Alma,
Thanks for the additional details, it helped us understand the issue. I tested it on my iPhone 15 Pro and was able to replicate the issue. Can you tell us the device your are using and its iOS version? In the meantime, please visit the App Store to check if there's an available update. If there is, please download and install the latest version to make sure you have the latest bug fixes and app improvements.

I did found an update in the App Store and I could install the latest version and I could access my account again. Thank you for your help. Regards
