Hi marketingdigitalsiemprenlinea,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand that your PDF document is displaying the wrong fields at the end part of your form. I cloned your form and tested it and I was able to replicate the issue. As you can see in my screenshot below, my test submission's PDF document is displaying the fields CARGA DE ARCHIVOS and OBSERVACIONES while the cloned form contains more elements that should be displayed in the PDF document. Here's my sample screenshot below:
To fix this, you will have to go to the PDF Editor and modify or add/remove the form fields. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the downward arrow icon next to the Form Builder label at the top-left side of the page.
2. Select the PDF Editor option from the dropdown menu.
3. You'll be redirected to the PDF Editor page. When you search for the missing fields using the browser search, you'll see that the fields are misplaced. You can simply drag and drop the fields to move them.
You can also create a new PDF template instead of manually fixing the form fields. Creating a new template will add all the form fields in place. Here's how:
1. In PDF Editor, click on the New PDF tab at the top of the page.
2. Select the New PDF Document option.
This will create a new PDF template with all the form fields in place.
As you can see, the fields are now added in place.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
